Thai Red Crush Fish Curry
Thai Red & Green Curry
Bipin's Fresh Thai Red & Green Curry Pastes were inspired by Matt from Hitchin, who has been asking for real tasty healthy Thai curry paste. It has taken me some 15 months to perfect and now the Thai Red and Thai Green are now ready to share with the Curry fans.
The "Bipin's Thai Red / Green" is naturally concentrated, - a potent sauce-come-paste crafted from traditional 100% fresh Thai ingredients including premium quality lemon grass, galangal, kaffir limes, thai red finger chillies, coconut and whole ground a Thai special blend. Bipin's Red and Green Thai paste is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets and is free from dairy and is a nut-free and fish-sauce-free recipe.
Like all the other Bipin's Masala Curry pastes the Thai red is easy to use to create the most scrumptious tasting Thai Red Curry with a perfect balance of chilli heat. Try and use thigh chicken or for a Thai fish curry head for white fish or fresh seasonal vegetables. All the Thai herbs and spice ingredient are brought together in a fridge-freezer friendly pouch. If you prefer add a little coconut milk towards the end of cooking process to create saucy curry.

Thai Red Chicken Curry Recipe
The Thai Red curry sauce-come-paste has no preservatives, is free of colours, is vegetarian, no additives, no thickeners. Thai red curry paste comes as natural and traditional as you get, as its in made in the Thai home. To cook a Red Thai Curry, simply brown off the meat or use lightly steamed vegetables to retain a crunch. Shallow fry the Thai red curry paste for only 1-2 minutes on low heat to avoide burning off the delicate flavours, then add the core ingredients (Chicken, vegetables, fish), add, 1-2 tbsp of water, bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes in a lidded pan to release the flavours and aromas. The end result will be a full Thai fragrant dish in a light healthy coconut milk sauce. If you like the sauce to be thicken then best add tiny amount of corn flower but I would recommend avoiding this and having the dish in its traditional Thai home style ie the light tasty sauce
Testimonial on Thai Red curry paste.....thought it was brilliant, just the right amount of chili and salt, and nice and lemon grassy. Just for your info, I made it with three biggish chicken fillets so don't know if it was the right quantity or not but I had to add extra coconut milk (the only thing I had available) so that I had enough sauce - this made it look slightly pale. Alison, Hitchin.
